Windows 10 Microsoft Dianggap Penyebab Utama Turunnya Angka Penjualan PC Global

Peluncuran Windows 10 merupakan agenda besar yang tengah dijalankan oleh Microsoft. Mereka pun bahkan menyediakan program upgrade gratis ke Windows 10 bagi para pengguna Windows terdahulu. Hasilnya pun langsung terlihat, jumlah pengguna Windows 10 melonjak ke angka 270 juta pengguna hanya dalam jangka 8 bulan.

Meskipun begitu, program upgrade gratis ke Windows 10 ini ternyata berdampak sangat buruk terhadap angka penjualan PC secara global. Menurut data Gartner, angka penjualan PC di kuartal pertama 2016 pun mengalami penurunan sebesar 9,6 persen. Mereka mencatat bahwa di tiga bulan pertama 2016, sebanyak 6,58 juta unit PC berhasil dipasarkan.

Data dari IDC pun memunculkan angka penurunan yang lebih tinggi. Mereka mencatatkan kalau pada kuartal pertama 2016 terdapat penurunan angka penjualan PC sebesar 11,5 persen jika dibandingkan dengan kuartal yang sama di tahun 2015. Dan penurunan ini pun hampir terjadi di berbagai negara, terlebih di Amerika Serikat.

Data ini pun dianggap sebagai imbas dari kebijakan upgrade Windows 10 gratis yang diberikan oleh Microsoft. Para pengguna Windows terdahulu pun enggan untuk membeli PC baru dan memilih untuk memanfaatkan program upgrade gratis dari Microsoft. Dan hal ini pun tentu saja berdampak pada penurunan pendapatan Microsoft dari Windows. Gargner pun memperkirakan kalau pada tahun ini Microsoft akan mengalami penurunan pendapatan dari Windows sebesar 7,5 persen.

Huawei P9 Max Bakal Mengusung Layar 7 inci, Gunakan Prosesor Lebih Lambat

Belum lama, Huawei telah resmi memperkenalkan jajaran P9 yang terbaru, dimana diantaranya ada  P9, P9 Plus , serta P9 Lite yang diluncurkan secara diam-diam . Tapi, nampaknya Huawei masih memiliki amunisi lain, dalam menggempur pasar smartphone saat ini, karena kita tahu beberapa merek telah meluncurkan jajaran smartphone andalannya, seperti Samsung, LG, HTC, dan Xiaomi. 

Seperti yang dilansir dari GSM Arena, Jumat (15/4/2016), dikatakan bahwa belum lama ini beredar sebuah hasil screenshot spesifikasi smartphone, yang berasal dari sebuah aplikasi pengujian, GFXBench. Nampak merek Huawei di situ, namun belum jelas, Huawei seri mana lagi yang sedang disiapkan oleh Huawei ini.

Dari beberapa pengamatan, banyak yang menduga ini adalah foto screenshot dari Huawei P9 Max, penerus dari P8 Max. Pada screenshot tersebut tertulis bahwa smartphone ini memiliki layar yang lebih luas dibandingkan dengan jajaran Huawei P9 lainnya, yakni 6,9 inci (dibulatkan menjadi 7 inci) dengan resolusi Full HD.

Untuk dapur pacu, yang cukup menarik perhatian adalah penggunaan chipset dari Huawei sendiri, yakni Kirin 950. Perlu diketahui bahwa P9 dan P9 Plus sendiri telah mengusung chipset yang lebih baru, Kirin 955. Sedangkan untuk RAM, smartphone yang telah menggunakan sistem operasi Android 6.0 Marshmallow ini sebesar 3GB.

Bagi yang menanyakan soal fotografi, Huawei P9 Max ini dibekali dengan sensor kamera belakang 16 megapiksel, serta kamera 8 megapiksel dibagian depang untuk selfie. Tidak ketinggalan juga ada memori internal berkapasitas 32GB yang siap menyimpan data-data Anda.

Masih belum ada kabar lebih jelas dari Huawei tentang screenshot ini, tapi menilik dari spesifikasinya yang menggunakan chipset lama, bisa jadi smartphone ini menyasar kalangan yang suka dengan layar lebar.

RoBoHoN Siap Dijual Bulan Depan, Robot Smartphone yang Lucu & Canggih

Menariknya, RoBoHon dapat bergerak seperti layaknya manusia, termasuk berjalan, duduk, menari dan melambaikan tangan jika ingin menyampaikan sebuah pemberitahuan, seperti pesan atau panggilan masuk. Tak hanya sekedar memberitahu lewat suara, robot ini juga memiliki sebuah layar sentuh berukuran 2 inci (320 x 240) pada bagian punggungnya.
